This was a gift & she Loves ita little smaller than expected but should be a great gift for a friend!My husband really likes itToo smallI got this to use as a unique nightlight and have absolutely loved it.It has a solid wooden base, a color changing bulb, is not too large, uses little power and does not get hot.I had a similar product years ago with a standard bulb but it tended to get very warm and it concerned me that it could be a fire hazard. While I enjoyed it, I eventually parted with it due to the heat and power usage.This product is so much better.This is an excellent addition to any room. Whether used as a small decorative lamp or a night light this is a product you are sure to enjoy.I’ve found this also makes a great gift for people who are hard to buy for.Great product.I’m new to these things. My daughter had to have one back when they first came out and she went to college. I was thinking how it reminded me of the lava lamps back in the day. We all had to have those. I didn’t understand so much about the light changing in this. It’s so amazing! Maybe it’s simple idk lol. But to me it seems remarkable. It’s gorgeous. I could stare at it forever, and I do. I’m learning to meditate and this is about the only thing that I can focus on to clear my mind. The only complaint is the top broke off first thing. Just a small portion. It was cracked in the packaging. I think UPS was a little rough with it. I’m not sure. From the design of it, I don’t think it’s something the manufacturer causes. It seems to be a good quality. It’s just that it is a form of salt and it’s only natural that it could be a little weak in places. It was in a box and boxed good. But it was also wrapped in plastic pretty good. It was a little hard to get off. So be gently on the top corner. You can’t really tell it’s off unless you look for it. It just doesn’t come to a sharp point. The piece looked big to me but when I looked at the whole thing, it was small. If that makes sense. I would for sure buy another one and I told my sister about it. She is going to buy one. I’d like to have one in every room. It subtly changes from one color to another one. It’s like a night light but not too bright as to disturb you. I like that it plugs into a usb.
